Terms of Use

Effective EFFECTIVE_DATE · Applies to the Draft Copilot web service at YOUR_DOMAIN and the Draft Copilot Chrome extension.

The one rule that matters: Draft Copilot advises. You pick. It never makes a selection for you, and every decision at the draft table — and its consequences — is yours.

Advice, not guarantees

Draft Copilot produces rankings, projections, survival odds, and chat answers. These are opinions generated by software. Fantasy football is uncertain by nature: players get hurt, models are wrong, and a simulation is not a promise. We make no guarantee that the advice is accurate, complete, or will help you win anything. Use your own judgment.

Not affiliated with anyone

Draft Copilot is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, the NFL, or any fantasy platform. Rankings and strategy draw on the Joel Smyth 2026 Draft Guide, with credit and appreciation — but Joel Smyth has not endorsed this tool and is not responsible for anything it says.

Your platform's rules are your job

You are responsible for making sure that using a draft assistant complies with the rules of your fantasy platform and of your league. The tool only reads draft data and never automates picks or interacts with your draft page, but leagues set their own rules about outside help — know yours before you use this.

Reasonable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, overload it, probe it for other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does.

As-is

The service and extension are provided as-is and as-available, with no warranties of any kind. The service may go down, change, or shut off — including, inevitably, in the middle of someone's draft. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, and in any case our total liability is limited to what you paid us, which is nothing.

Changes

These terms may change; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
